AI advisory

You've bought the AI licences.
Now make them pay off.

Most organisations have AI tools in place and little to show for them: scattered use, unclear rules and no measure of impact. We find where AI actually moves cost and margin in your workflows, put governance around it, and help teams adopt it, without building anything you don't need.

What we do

Strategy that ends in adoption, not a slide deck.

Workflow & opportunity mapping

Interviews and process walkthroughs across teams, to find where time, cost and error rates concentrate.

A business case per use case

Hours saved, cost to run, risk and effort for each opportunity, so investment follows return, not enthusiasm.

Tool & vendor selection

Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or the AI already inside your platforms. We don't resell, so the advice is independent.

Governance & acceptable use

Approved tools, data classification rules, logging and review paths that security and legal can sign off on.

Rollout & enablement

Pilots with clear success criteria, team champions and role-specific training built around real work.

Measured impact

Baselines before rollout, adoption and outcome tracking after, so you can see what's working.

How it runs

From scattered experiments to measured adoption.

Discover

Map workflows, current AI use (approved or not) and the constraints that matter.

Prioritise

Rank use cases by return and risk, and agree the governance around them.

Pilot

Prove the top use cases with real teams, measured against a baseline.

Scale

Roll out what worked, train the organisation and hand over the playbook.

Vendor-neutral, build-optional

Advice that doesn't depend on selling you anything.

AI advisory is a standalone engagement. Most recommendations use tools you already license. Where a use case needs integration or custom software, we'll say so and scope it as a separate AI integration engagement, built through the same audited process as everything else we deliver.

The governance work also feeds the rest of your risk picture: AI-built tools already running in your organisation are often the first thing it surfaces.

Every engagement delivers

  • A prioritised use-case portfolio with a business case for each
  • Tool and vendor recommendations, with the reasoning
  • An AI acceptable-use policy and governance model
  • Pilot results against baseline, and a rollout playbook

Make your AI investment measurable.
