We've set up the software we now replace.
For years our work covered the whole IT stack: designing and running networks, managing servers, cloud and sign-in systems, and setting up and administering the business platforms companies rely on, from CRMs and phone systems to texting, scheduling and payroll, plus the integrations that tie them together.
So we know these platforms from the inside: how they're licensed, where the costs hide, and what it takes to move off them without breaking anything.

Why we started Tethered
We got tired of licensing software nobody could control.
We were the people who set these platforms up and kept them running. We spent too much of that time chasing vendor support, working around features we weren't allowed to change, and watching the bill climb at every renewal.
Every new license also meant a business case: making the argument to leadership, waiting for approval, then doing it all again next year for a tool the team barely used.
We started Tethered to give companies another option: software built for exactly what they need, with AI doing the busywork inside it, owned outright, with no license to renew and nobody to ask permission from.

Ownership is non-negotiable
Accounts, code, data and documentation belong to the client from day one. Lock-in is the problem we exist to solve.
Prices you can see
One published price. Every build is quoted before we start, and ongoing operation is estimated per project. No surprises.
Honest about limits
If part of your current setup is worth keeping, we say so. “Can't complete” is an acceptable answer; a hidden problem isn't.
