One week, agreed after a free intro call. What you really pay, what you use, what we'd build instead, and a fixed price for the build. The $500 comes off the build if you go ahead.

Set in your diagnostic plan. One number, not a range. Every build includes:
- Your code, stored in an account your company owns
- A plain-English manual, with an assistant that answers questions about it
- Step-by-step instructions and a recorded walkthrough
- Accounts, phone numbers and data in your name
- AI features where they save time, on an AI account in your name
We look after it
We keep it online, watch it, keep it updated, and we're the call when something needs changing. What that takes depends on your project, so we estimate it in your plan. Stop any time and take everything with you.
After the build
You choose who looks after it. Either way, it's yours.
Option 1 — We look after it
We keep it running and make changes when you need them, estimated for your project. Stripe, texting, phone-number and AI costs stay in your own accounts, billed to you directly. Stop any time; Option 2 is always open.
Option 2 — You look after it
You already have the code and the manual. It runs on hosting in your own name, or on ours at cost with no upkeep from us. If you change it later, we can update the manual as a small one-off job.

Because a published price range for a build would be a guess. The diagnostic replaces the guess with your actual numbers and a fixed price.
Not a set one. If you want us to look after your software, we estimate what that will take for your project, in your plan, before you decide.
No. Those accounts are in your name, including the one with any AI provider, and those companies bill you directly.
It depends on the tool. Send us a description and we'll come back with a fixed price for the clean-up.
It's quoted at a fixed price after a free call, based on how many people and processes are in scope. It doesn't need the diagnostic. How AI advisory works.
It depends on how much you use it. The AI provider bills an account in your name directly, by usage, and we estimate the monthly cost in your diagnostic plan before you decide.
For small, clearly defined jobs we can quote directly. For replacing a subscription, the diagnostic is what makes a fixed price possible.
